Shipping and Returns
SHOULDERS OF GIANTS SHIPPING POLICY
Shoulders of Giants will be shipping items best effort using primarily the United States Postal Service, but we do offer UPS as well. We use a standard shipping calculator to determine shipping rates based on the shipping and destination locations. During certain times of the year or for promotions we will offer various discounted shipping options to our customers that provide the appropriate promotional codes. You can generally expect your order to be received withing 6-10 days from when the order is received.
Our current shipping offer of Free Shipping on order over $98 is only good for the customers in the continental United State. Alaska, Hawaii and other US territories are excluded.

When will my order ship?
Stocked items usually ship within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email when your order ships.
Currently Shoulders of Giants is not shipping outside of the United States and its territories. If you are interested in ordering from Shoulders of Giants even though we do not ship to you, please contact [email protected] and we will determine the best course of action to send you the product you are interested in.
Please also note that customs clearance varies by country and that you may be charged additional fees, tariffs and brokerage fees on top of the postage charges. These additional charges are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
SHOULDERS OF GIANTS RETURNS POLICY
We want you to love your Shoulders of Giants products and experience, and so we accept returns within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. The items returned must not have been used, worn, altered, washed, or damaged and must include all original packaging and tags.
While most items are eligible for return, some items are marked Final Sale in the “Returns” section of the specific product page. Final Sale items are never eligible for return.
With respect to refunds:
- a) We will refund the charge of the original item if upon inspection, the returned item appears to meet returns eligibility requirements as stated above. Shipping fees associated with the original order will not be refunded.
b) A $7 return shipping & processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. As an example: An item costs $20. The returned amount will be $20-$7 or $13 net. As a second example: An item costs $100. The returned amount will be $100-$7 or $93 net.
Please note: that refunds do not include cost of initial shipping.
How do I make a return?
Please email [email protected]uldersofgiants.com with your order number, a description of the item you want to return, and a reason for your return to help us avoid issues down the road. We will email you a pre-paid postage label to print for your return. Note that you will not be able to select any Final Sale items included in your order when initiating a return.
With respect to Free Returns:
Per the above we will provide a return label for the original item to be returned back to Shoulders of Giants. However, if there is more than one return one the original order, you may be charged a $20 restocking fee for any additional returns. Shipping costs add up quickly so we would like to avoid multiple returns on any given order.
Can you accommodate an exchange?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate exchanges.
The best way to “exchange” an item that is currently available on Shoulders of Giants is to follow the process below:
Step #1 – buy the new item to secure the inventory
Step #2 – return original item using the return instructions detailed above
Please note that your item must be returned within 30 days of its delivery date.
I received an item as a gift, can I return it?
Yes, our standard return policy (see above) applies to all gift orders! We will be able to refund to your Shoulders of Giants account via store credit or process the refund back to the original purchaser less the cost of shipping. Don’t have a Shoulders of Giants account? We’ll create one for you for free, and send you your secure login information via email.
Once you’ve submitted the form, we will follow-up with an email in roughly 2-3 business days that will include a pre-paid postage label. All you will have to do is print it out, tape it to your return box, and drop it off at your local mailbox or USPS office.
Can I pay for my own return shipping?
Yes! If your item is eligible to be returned and you’d like to send the item without processing your order by email, please send your item to:

Be sure to include your packing slip, as well as your refund preference; in the form of 1) Shoulders of Giants Store Credit or 2) original form of payment.
If you no longer have your packing slip, please leave a note with your name, email account registered on Shoulders of Giants, order number, and refund preference.
We recommend that you keep your return tracking information until your refund has been processed by our support team.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible. Once we’ve received the product(s) you’d like to return, we inspect your return and then refund you. We strive to process and refund your return within 10 days.
After the return has been approved, credit card refunds can take up to 5-7 business days for your bank to process.
Refunds to Shoulders of Giants Store Credit are issued immediately following the approval of your return.
We will notify you via email when your return has been processed and the refund selection of your choice has been issued.
Reminder: both refunds for Shoulders of Giants Store Credit, as well as those to your original form of payment, do not include the cost of initial shipping
My final sale item was delivered to me damaged. What should I do?
Any damages upon delivery must be reported within three (3) days from date of order received. Contact us by emailing us at [email protected]
Please be sure to provide detailed photos of the damage(s).
Worn, Altered, Washed, Used or Damaged Goods.
Items that have been worn or used are NOT eligible for returns of any kind. In the event that you receive an item that was damaged upon delivery, please contact support.
