Last week, I extolled the nutritional virtues of beef broth (and shared a great recipe for it). But let’s face it—while few of us drink broth by itself, most rest of humanity uses broths to make soups and stews.
I don’t think there’s a better beef stew than this one. It can be made with store-bought broth if needed, but if you choose that route please select broth that is made from grass-fed beef.
