Recipe: Turkey, avocado, and goat cheese wraps

Written by: Alix Brossette

These wraps are easy to make, and they pack serious nutritional punch. This recipe makes enough for one person’s snack—double it for a meal-sized portion.

Nutritional info (per wrap):

  • Calories: 217
  • Total fat: 15 grams
  • Total carbohydrates: 8 grams
  • Total protein: 17 grams

  • 3 slices deli turkey (I recommend Diestal brand.)
  • 1-2 tbsp goat cheese crumbles, divided (see note at the bottom)
  • ½ medium avocado, thinly sliced OR ½ cup fresh guacamole
  • Cayenne pepper, to taste (optional)
  • Dijon or honey mustard for dipping (optional)

  • Place goat cheese and sliced avocado/guacamole in the center of the deli meat and roll up.
  • Cut into bite sized pieces and place a toothpick in the center of each.
  • Place in tupperware and keep cold until ready to eat.
  • Use approx. ½ cup Dijon or Honey Mustard for dipping (optional)

Note: Feel free to substitute any high-quality cheese you’d like. I suggest sticking to raw/unpasteurized cheese. Kerrygold Cheddar would be good, was would aged Manchego cheese.
