Recipe: Mo’s Power Snack

Eating healthy is one thing. But snacking healthy? That’s not always easy.

Unless you’re Morris Brossette, that is. When our resident fitness guru feels peckish, he reaches for this quick, healthy wrap

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 tortilla
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1 tsp raw/local honey
  • pinch of sea salt
  • dash of cinnamon


  • Spread almond butter and honey on tortilla
  • Peel, halve, and slice banana. Feel free to eat the unsliced half.
  • Spread slices on tortilla.
  • Add cinnamon and salt.
  • Wrap and eat.
